Doctor Convo App Terms of Service
Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using Doctor Convo (the "App"), a service offered by Doctor Convo Inc, you (the "User") are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Usage of the App The App is designed to record conversations and send them to various API services for analysis. The User must consent to the recording of their conversations and is solely responsible for the content of these recordings.
Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights in the App are owned by us and/or our licensors. You have no rights in or to the App other than the right to use it in accordance with these Terms.
Data Security We take data security seriously and will take reasonable measures to protect your data. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to overcome our security measures.
Changes to the Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes have been posted signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Dispute Resolution Any dispute arising from the use of the App will be governed by the laws of the United States, regardless of conflict of law principles.
